Shen Hung Machinery Co., Ltd. makes CNC internal cylindrical grinders, CNC external cylindrical grinders, CNC centerless grinders, NC cylindrical grinders, NC centerless grinders, and plastic-roller grinders.

The solid technological background that the company has built up over 30 years has helped it to integrate several outstanding designs into its machines: a patented hydrodynamic spindle for external cylindrical grinders that is highly precise and resistant to vibration, for example, and a “professional hand scraping” on slideways that ensures precision and quality in its machines.

In addition, the company offers a “conversational user interface” that helps operators learn how to operate machines easily and can be used with measurement tools including automatic surface tools, automatic outer diameter tools, and automatic harmonic anti-collision tools to strengthen production efficiency and product quality.

To assure customer satisfaction, Shen Hung has set up a three-step “Try Before You Buy” process when approaching a potential buyer. The three steps: asking for a workpiece design and turning out the sample of it using the exact machine the buyer is shopping for, presenting all production results including the sample and the production parameters, and providing a report on the machine's production performance.
