The JC-STP strapping band extrusion line is the firm's pride among other products, developed mainly to produce high quality packing straps made from recycled PETs, and remarked for fully automated operation as well as high productivity, reliability, efficiency and quality. The general manager Tony Wang stressed that the machinery is a very flexible strap making line that costs modestly but assures buyers of great profits, meeting requirements of all sectors.

With state-of-the-art technology, as well as high-quality components and parts, the machinery can turn treated PET bottle flakes into PET straps ranging from 85mm to 120mm in diameter and with exceptional tensile and strength comparable with those of steel bands. The machine has maximum capacity of 400 kilograms per hour, and consumes relatively low power, with up to 8 slips to be produced at once.
