VMC-1000 high performance CNC vertical machining center

Kamioka Corp., a leading Taiwanese manufacturer of CNC machining centers, CNC horizontal turning centers, and double-column machining centers, is promoting the VMC-1000 series of high-performance CNC vertical machining center.

The VMC-1000, a completely new model to the company's product line, mostly features the uphold base for the Y-axis's four linear guideways, the effective area of 1,100mm X 600mm on worktable, and the linear way-based X and Y axes coupled with box way-based Z axis, meeting the precision required by light-duty cutting and the rigidity required by heavy-duty cutting.

In addition, this series is outfitted with the belt-driven BT40 spindle turning at 10,000 revolutions per minute, the armless-type automatic tool changer for 16 cutters, the refined design for rear end, the ergonomic height of operating panel and workable, the LED lights and the water-oil separation unit.

This series reports maximum traverse of 1,000mm, 600mm and 600mm in X, Y, and Z axes, respectively.

The CE-certified VMC-1000 has been shipped to such overseas markets as Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, Egypt, Turkey and Ukraine.
