Gye Tay founded in 1975, specializes in a wide selection of motor manufacturing equipment including coil winding machine, dual flyer coil winder. We provide the production line planning and motor manufacture-ability evaluation service. How to choose the machine type to meet monthly quantities and customer's quality target within a set budget is the challenge we look forward to.

Business Goal and Outlook

-To achieve the customer high satisfaction and high machine quality, build a long term relationship with customers, and resolve the customer manufacturing technique problems.

-To research and develop high efficient (green) motor technique for less global warming effect.

-To provide a customized automatic production line to reduce human operation error and improve production quality and consistency. This fi ts high end motor production such as compressors.

-To develop a production and quality management system for real time feedback and control.

-To build a remote diagnosis system for better technical support.

-To search future motor design trend such as hybrid car motor and develop special motor manufacturing equipment.

Mechanical Design

-The Design Team uses ProE to design machines/ toolings more than 20 years and Intralink to manage drawing versions and product life cycle.

-During new machine development, key part design would be simulated for stress in machine structures and dynamic motion before manufactured with FEA/CAE Software likes PRO/E Mechanica, for better product reliability and design effi ciency.
