Matila Industrial`s CT-TL3 family of film-extrusion inflation machine extrude three layers of film simultaneously using three screws and barrels.

Matila Industrial Co., Ltd. Is promoting a family of super-efficient film-extrusion inflation machines--its CT-TL3 series, which it debuted last quarter.

This family is composed of five major model types-the CT-TL3/333, CT-TL3/444, CT-TL3/555, CT-TL3/666 and CT-TL3/888. These machines are each equipped with three screws and barrels, allowing them to extrude three layers of plastic film simultaneously. The layers are combined into one to make durable bags for packaging a wide variety of products ranging from foods to industrial equipment.

The CT-TL3/333 is designed to put out 100 kilograms of film per hour in a maximum width of 1,000 millimeters; it has a 10HP x 6P motor. The CT-TL3/444 is powered by a 20HP x 6P motor, allowing to put out 150 kilograms of film in a maximum width of 1,350 mm per hour. Powered by a 30HP x 6P motor, the CT-TL3/555 is able to crank out 240 kilograms of films in a maximum width of 1,800 mm per hour. The CT-TL3/666 is driven by a 50HP x 6P motor, enabling it to turn out 320 kilograms of film in a maximum width of 2,300 mm per hour. The CT-TL3/888 can extrude 450 kilograms of film in a maximum width of 3,300 mm per hour, and houses a 75HP x 6P main motor.

All models can handle a variety of plastic materials, including HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE, and EVA.

The company was first set up as a trading company in 1988 to sell and export plastic-processing machines and related equipment manufactured by other companies in Taiwan. In order to satisfy growing demand and strengthen its competitive edge, the company later transformed into its present form, a full-fledged manufacturer.

The company first rented a factory in Wuku, Taipei County to build extruders, blown-film machines, and recycling machines. It constructed its own facility in 2000 in an effort to cope with growing order volume and to assume full control of the delivery process.

Matila Industrial's major product lines are 25-120mm single-layer HDPE/LDPE/LLDPE inflation machines, 34/35/55/65mm two-color/double-layer co-extrusion models, three-layer co-extrusion machines, industrial stretch-wrapping film-making machines, and plastic-waste recycling machines with different capacities.

Beyond this, the company also makes special-purpose machines in accordance with customer specifications, including models that make bags serviing different functions and 1/2/4/6-color flexographic printing machines.

Backing up its ongoing efforts to improve both the quality and capacity of its products, Matila Industrial also offers solid after-sales services. Among the company's widely flung overseas markets are Poland, Romania, Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Lithuania, Latvia, Greece, Mexico, Argentina, Brazil, Ecuador, Guatemala, Venezuela, Kuwait, Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Pakistan, Algeria, Angola, Kenya, Tanzania, and Tunisia. The company has also contracted marketing agents in some of these markets.

Matila allocates a healthy portion of revenues to research & development projects targeted at cultivating new technological know-how, creating new products, and advancing personnel training. Another priority is the minimization of production and operational costs with an eye to, says management, minimizing costs for users of its creations. The company prefers to forge long-term cooperative relations and foster mutual support with its many-as a result-loyal customers around the world.
