The Arphic Layout Engine is a program library that offers solutions for the layout problems of complex written scripts from around the world.
It provides a text layout function for such complex languages as Hindi, Bengali, Tamil and Thai and can also support languages such as Arabic and Farsi that are written right to left or Chinese and English that are written left to right.
