Keywell High Precision Clam-shell Screen Printing Machines “AHI” & “ATI” types were evolved from “AH” series. It’s an outstanding printer with elegant appearance. The excellent design fulfills the requirements of the user.
Printing head: The printing direction is from front to rear (short stroke) and driven by servo motor with precise linear rail and timing belt. The printing stroke is set by sensor. Equip functions of printing/coating speed adjustment, squeegee/coater angle adjustment and printing constant pressure setting. The squeegee leans on the coater automatically when coating, it’s for preventing ink from dropping on the screen. Without moving screen frame, the repeated printing can be set from 1-3 times.
Screen frame: The screen frame is mounted from the front side of the machine. The rear frame base is movable for matching with different frame size. The screen frame height can be adjusted according to the thickness of the substrate. The synchronous off-contact function works during printing. Attach an Off-contact switch for function ON/Off selection.
Printing table: The printing table is constructed by aero-purpose aluminum alloy plate with honeycomb style interior and the surface is precisely flattened and coated with hard chromium. Table is with vacuum as well as blow regulator. Install the high accuracy meters for table micro adjustment.
Up/down movement of printing arms: Adopt German SEW safety brake motor to control the up/down movement without frame shaking for assuring accurate positioning.
Safety: The machine will reverse and stop immediately when the safety bar touched. With emergency stop switch, motor overload protector and control circuit fuse, conform to European safety standard.
