The function of auto. charging system is to carry the molten metal from the central melting furnace to each holding furnace . It can simplify the casting process management , stabilize the metal fluid temperature and quantity , and increase the casting product qualified rate. The charging speed and quantity can be set and adjusted . It also contains some safety devices such as light and sound alarms . It can reduce the number of necessary operators and enhance productivity .
