CM355 mini PC case can fit for any Mini-ITX MB. This case with a 5CM Fan. It is good for ATOM CPU. The air-flow is not good enough for i3/i5/i7 CPU.
The CPU Heat sink must lower than 40mm (From MB to top with fan, if applied).
