We introduced Eddy Current Series Sorting Machine to inspect hardness and with/without heat-treatment. According to different parts, we are able to combine conveyor and slide track along with user-friendly interface and self developed software to fulfill customers’ requirements.
*Suitable for 3M~M16 screws, studs or cylinder-type objects within the length of 115mm
*Coil type probe, testing whole piece, falling at speed of gravity
*Eddy current system checking material mix-up or with/without heat-treatment
