The Z-axis feed adopts dual V-guideways and motor drive, equipped with advanced automatic tool approach function, providing the machine with stable and efficient motion performance. Models JL-5010 and above can be controlled through electronic handwheels, allowing operators to easily manage the process of automatic tool approach.
The main structure is made of high-quality cast iron, ensuring the machine's robust rigidity, resistance to deformation, and maintaining the stability of machining accuracy.
To better meet the practical needs of customers, Joen Lih has specifically designed multiple standard worktable sizes based on common workpiece dimensions. This allows customers to choose the most suitable grinding machine according to their actual machining cases.
