Made of the China Steel Corp.'s (CSC's) SCM440-grade chrome-molybdenum steel, the tool fits work on fasteners and pipes in diameter smaller than 35mm. The pliers is ideal for replacing conventional socket sets and hex spanners because the tools can clamp onto three-sides of a hex nut.
Formerly known as Liang Kang Enterprise Co., Ltd., Top Well was founded in 1983 to specialize in pliers and related tools. Today, the company supplies locking pliers, locking C-clamps, welding clamps, tensioners, spoke shaver, pinch-off pliers, chain clamps, long-nose locking pliers, and pipe-cutting pliers.
