Power steering pumps

Established in 1980, Taizhou Huichang Electromechanical Co., Ltd. is a specialized developer, manufacturer, and exporter of power steering pumps. With strong development capability and constant investment, Huichang has developed more than 600 power-steering pump models and parts for sales in China and international markets.

Huichang's power-steering pump models are made for most Japanese, European, and American car models.

In 1997, Huichang passed the stringent certification processes of the National Heavy-duty Vehicle Quality Monitoring and Inspection Center in China, indicating that the company is in compliance with the QC/T299-2000 "Vehicle Power-assisted Oil Pump Technical Conditions." Moreover, the company has been certified by the ISO/TS 16949 and GB/TI9002 quality systems.

Huichang constantly develops new products to meet customer requirements worldwide. Strongly determined to achieve the best quality, the company has introduced the most advanced technologies from its foreign partners, and insists on adopting the highest-precision machines to produce its power-steering pumps.

Currently, Huichang's monthly production capacity has reached 20,000 power-steering pumps, which are widely welcomed in major markets such as Europe, Latin America, Asia, and the Middle East because of their high quality and reasonable prices. In addition, Huichang supplies pumps to different automakers and tier-one parts suppliers in China.

Even though its global sales are rapidly increasing, Huichang claims that it will not be satisfied with its current success, but will continue its "Quality First, Customer First" policy to secure sustainable operations.

Huichang recently developed several new pumps for Mercedes-Benz, Volvo, and BMW luxury car models, further expanding its product range. The company currently runs a 3,000 square-meter plant, and will expand the plant area to 10,000 square meters to meet rapidly increasing demands.
