Automotive air-conditioner (A/C) scroll compressors

Heng Sheng Precision Tech. Co., Ltd. was established in 2002 by a group of people with accumulated experience and expertise in manufacturing and development of automotive air-conditioner (A/C) scroll compressors.

The company points out that the scroll compressor is known for operating more smoothly, quietly, and reliably than conventional counterparts in some applications. Unlike pistons, the orbiting scrolls' mass can be perfectly counterbalanced to minimize vibration.

With lower energy consumption and more effective capacity, the scroll compressor offers 20% to 30% more cooling capacity than that of piston-type compressors.

Heng Sheng stresses that it has been striving to be a strong player in the aftermarket (AM) scroll compressor business with its robust R&D capability, manufacturing efficiency, reasonable product prices, prompt delivery, and best services. In Taiwan, Heng Sheng is one of the very few players owning the patents of scroll compressor manufacturing processes and compressor test equipment.
