Yuhuan Changhao Automotive Parts Co., Ltd. is an ISO ISO 9001:2000-approved and TS 16949-pending company specialized in making automotive wheel hubs, hub assemblies, and rear-axle brachyaxes.

Currently, Changhao operates two modern and integrated plants in Yuhuan and Huzhou of Zhejiang Province, one of the most important auto-parts production bases in China, with total floor area of 15,000 square meters and monthly capacity of 60,000 hubs.

Most of the company's products are exported, mainly to Europe, Latin America, Africa, Southeast Asia, and other regions worldwide.

Changhao claims that it adopts the most advanced production equipment and techniques as well as most stringent quality control and inspection steps to assure the highest quality of each item made. In addition, the firm also provides global customers with satisfactory pre- and after-sales services.

The firm's hub products feature several advantages, including adoption of high temperature-resistant seals featuring strong leak-proof ability; integrated bearings (cast high-strength ball bearings); lubrication-free bearings etc.

Changhao says that wheel hubs and rear axles are standard products but the company has been upgrading internal management, cost control, and manufacturing capabilities, as well as renewing equipment, so as to achieve the best quality and competitive product prices. (QL)
