2009/01/13 | By Ken Liu | EEE LIGHTING CO., LTD.Founded in 1998 to sell LED wafers and chips made by Arima Optoelectronics Corp., Zaiya Technology Corp. began in 2005 supplying LED modules manufactured at its in-house factory in Shenzhen, mainland China.
The company's modules have been mostly designed for lighting equipment installed in cosmetics showcases in department stores, underwater portion of vessels, automobiles and temperature-controlled chipping containers. Beginning in 2008, the company diversifies into production of end-user products like T5 and T8 lights, 10W MR16 light, red-green-blue light-bar module, and flexible light bar.
Many of the company's products have been patented, with 10W MR16 winning patents for unusual thermal design. The MR16 is comparable to a 50W halogen type of the lamp and is available for GX5.5, GU10 and E27 lamp holders.
Its RGB light-bar module is available with either wired control unit or wireless control unit running on programmable control software. A typical unit of this product is composed of 15 600mm bars.
Adjustable length is the primary advantage of its flexible light bar, making the bar suitable for Christmas lights and tube lamps.
Tests prove that the company's T8 light tube consumes 18 watts of power to put out the same amount of light as a 36-watt T8 fluorescent lamp, suggesting it consumes 50% less electricity than the latter. The company has shipped the light tube to Europe, North America, and Oceania.
The company develops products at its Taiwan headquarters and mainland China factory, with 15 specialists doing the work in Taiwan and the mainland each. They are developed to meet customers' special needs. Cost efficiency is one of the company's primary advantages.
