In the early stage of its establishment, the company concentrated on the production of zinc-alloy die-cast products. To meet customers' requirements, the company has been gradually involved in the production of aluminum-alloy die-cast products.
The ISO9001:2000-certified manufacturer uses the ZAMAK#3, ZAMAK#5, ZA8, ZA12, ZA27 zinc-alloy, and ADC-6, ADC-10, ADC-12, ALSI12, ALSI9CU3 aluminum alloy as materials to roll out precision die-cast items.
Aprisa's products are widely employed by the industries of automobile and motorcycle parts, industrial parts and hardware. Precision parts developed the company are customized mirror kits for "Harley-Davidson" motorcycles, electronic connectors, radiators and pneumatic-tool parts.
Yang Kun-chung, president of Aprisa, says his company has never stopped designing and developing new products meeting the requirements of the automotive aftermarket worldwide. Besides domestic market, the company also exports products to the U.S., Canada and Europe.
With an integrated factory in Tainan County of southern Taiwan, Aprisa is capable of handling in-house production from design, production, testing and inspection, assembly up to shipments. Yang says his company offers one-stop-shopping services to help customers reduce procurement trivial.
Seeing continued influx of orders, the company has worked out a plan to expand production site to 108,000 square feet from 36,000 square feet in the foreseeable future. In line with the prospective production expansion project, the company will procure some sophisticated die-cast equipment made by Japan.
