Chan Liang president John Lin says his company has expertise to develop small special-purpose screws, and can help customers develop and manufacture specialty screws as long as customers offer original product drawings and specifications.
The company operates a factory in Kaohsiaung County of southern Taiwan with monthly output reaching 500 tons of fasteners. The company currently enjoys a 98% production capacity utilization rate. Annual sales amount to US$12 million.
At present, the company's major products are self-tapping screws, self-drilling screws, thread-rolling screws, machine screws, chipboard screws, drywall screws, SEMS screws, roofing screws, concrete and cement board screws, and particle screws.
Chan Liang is capable of rolling out screws ranging from 2" to 5/16" in diameter and from 1/4" to 8" in length. Its products meet such international standards as IFI, ANSI, ASTM, ISO, DIN, JIS, BS and AS.
