At present, the company's product lines can be divided into four sections, including screws, lathed parts, punched parts and terminals. The company mainly adopts such raw materials as carbon steel, stainless steel, copper, aluminum and engineering plastics.
The company is capable of rolling out 52 million industrial parts per month. Most of the products are made on the OEM/ODM (original equipment/design manufacturer) basis. Its products meet such international standards as IFI, DIN and JIS.
In addition to standard products, the company also welcomes original drawings supplied by customers for cooperative production. The company's products are made in accord with the ISO9001:2000 standard with quality controlled by optical inspection instruments.
Thanks to its long-term concentration on high-quality products, the company won the "Rolls Royce" award from the military unit in 1979 and the "Best Workmate" award from Yulon Motor Company in 1986.
To meet customers' demand, the company began production of electronic parts such as terminals and set up a factory in Shanghai of mainland China in 1996.
The company secured NT$90 million in sales in 2007, up 12.5% from the year earlier. Despite the global economic slowdown, the company predicted its sales would be able to grow 18.8% to reach NT$107 million in 2008. Company president Lin Chin-I attributes the sales growth to its concentration on customized products.
