To satisfy customer's need for die-casting parts and customized models ranging in diameter from 300mm to 800mm, Shin Lee Tai has consistently upgraded its production capability, and installed full lines of advanced production facilities, including gravity die-casting equipment, centrifugal die-casting equipment, CNC machining centers, vacuum pressure impregnation equipment, etc.
Also, the company employs precision inspection instruments, such as an ARL's optical emission spectrometer, ultrasonic flaw detector and metallurgical microscope, in an effort to achieve the finest quality. The firm can turn out 300 metric tons of copper die-casting parts a month, which are compliant with JIS, ASTM, and ISO standards. Plus, the company has also won 12th Rising Star Award in Taiwan this year.
