Shiniest Industries, Inc., a versatile and veteran supplier of aftermarket and performance-tuning parts and accessories, recently launched the eye-catching, innovative FANTASMA OWL -- Blazing Afterimage Effect.

During the course of vehicle movement, this product with its programmable LED lighting system attached to the rotating wheel will create fantastic animated full-color lighting images of characters from "photogene effect". It is also capable of showing the eye-catching "Blazing Afterimage Effect" on the wheels of a moving vehicle. Users can design their own images and change as they wish from personal computer software customized for this product.
