Currently, the company employs more than 300 workers and owns total plant area of 20,000 square meters. It recently completed a capacity-expansion project at its production facility in Taizhou, Yuhuan of Jiangsu Province, with the new production lines already operational.
The company currently supplies over 1,500 items in 26 series, all of which are produced by the firm's hundreds of computerized numerically controlled (CNC) machines and tested and inspected by over 60 sets of high-precision testing equipment.
With expanded capacity and brand-new manufacturing equipment, Heri claims that its monthly capacity has reached 500,000 sets of ball joints and C.V. joints as well as 150,000 sets of drive-shaft assemblies.
The firm's products are exported to such major markets as Southeast Asia, Europe and America under its own brand "HERI". The firm has adhered to its management philosophy of “customer first, technical renovation, pursuing harmony, and common development,” leading to its stable and fast sales growth.
To develop sitself into a global manufacturing center of CV joints and drive-shaft assemblies for passenger cars, Heri is planning to spend RMB 50 million on improvement of equipment and introduction of new technologies in the next two years.
