A subsidiary of the Wan Yi Group that specializes in customized punches, cold-forming tools and forming accessories, Titan Fastech has won strong support from parent in manufacturing skill, enabling it to produce premier automotive and industrial application parts, including oil fittings, chassis systems, brake systems, and frame components, etc. The company warmly welcomes orders on the OEM/ODM (original equipment/design manufacturer) basis.
The company has been certified to such international standards as QS9000, ISO9001:2000 and ISO/TS16949. In the near future, the company will apply for the certification of ISO14000.
Company president Jack Tsaiding says his company has enjoyed sales growth over the past several years because of its expertise in manufacturing high-quality forming parts that can help customers save production costs. The company scored 15.5 million euro in sales in 2007, up 6.8% from the previous year's 14.5 million euro. Tthe company is capable of rolling out 25 million parts per month.
Titan's products are widely applied to vehicle and automotive industries, including oil fittings, tubes for anti-vibration rubber parts, components for car frames, fasteners for brake systems, transportation systems and car seats.
Titan has a factory of 72,000 square feet in Hunei of Kaohsiung County, southern Taiwan. Over the past few years, the company has set up a sales representative office in Mexico and a European office in Slovakia. Its products are mainly shipped to automobile and motorcycle-producing nations in Latin America and Europe, and the U. S., in addition to domestic market. (BS)
