With over two decades of manufacturing experience, Yow Chern Co., Ltd. has grown into a major maker of screws in Taiwan, adopting state-of-the-art production equipment to roll out high-end items in Kaohsiung County, southern Taiwan.

Established in 1989, this maker boasts expertise in manufacturing automotive parts, bolts and nuts, standard screws, window screws, aster thread screws etc., which are made of metals supplied by China Steel Corporation, Taiwan's largest integrated producer of steel products.

After devoting years of R&D in wedge anchor and screw anchor, this maker has overcome the issue of failed wedge expansion that results in slipping and fastening malfunction. Also the maker focuses on tensile strength and clamping force when developing screw anchors. Both products are patented in the U.S. and European Union.

The company's monthly capacity exceeds 10 million tons and can meet made-to-order specifications.

The company employs compound six-section cold-forging screw-making machines to turn out dedicated cold-forged screws, also claiming to adopt the EESY-2-FORM cold-forging software developed by a well-established German firm to upgrade manufacturing skills.

Besides boasting international certifications as TS16949 and TAF, this maker also has specially designed aster thread screws, typically used in woodworking, furniture making and construction, that are patented in Taiwan, China, the U.S. and European Union.
