Bada Mechanical & Electrical Co., Ltd. is an ISO-9001: 2000, ISO-14001, and OHSAS-18001-certified company dedicated to designing, developing and manufacturing quality electric hoists, winches and jacks, which are globally marketed under the famous BADA brand.

Established in 1993, the company is seen as the world's largest maker of single-phase electric hoists and commands over 60% of China's domestic electric-hoist market. In addition, BADA has exported products to over 50 countries, with its BADA brand registered in over 18 nations.

In 2007, Bada inaugurated a modern plant in the Ruian Economic Development Zone, Ruian City, Zhejiang Province, with an annual capacity of 600,000 electric hoists and 300,000 winches to further consolidate Bada's lead globally. The new, integrated facility spreads over 45,000 square meters and has about 400 employees.

Strong R&D

Bada claims that its strong in-house R&D capability, likely setting the benchmark among counterparts in China, is one of its core competitiveness and key to its success. Its team of 150 experienced R&D professionals backs Bada's continual new-product development. The firm claims to have over 10 years' experience in original equipment/design manufacturing (OEM/ODM), while its R&D team can develop products according to customers' requirements. Also Bada's R&D staff turns out on average 15 new electric hoists, winches, and jacks per year, adding to its already sizable catalog.

As such, the firm claims, Bada has rapidly grown to be the world's largest electric-hoist manufacturer; one of the founders of the national electric-hoist industry standards in China; and the "Zhejiang Provincial Single-phase Electric Hoist Technical Center."

In China, Bada's PA-series electric hoists have 12 patents for advanced functions, structural design, and production-methods. Due to their outstanding performance, these models have been chosen by the Chinese central government as "National New Product of Focus" and "National Development Items" for such quality products meet China's huge demand for lightweight lifting equipment for rapid economic and industrial development.

According to Bada, the PA-series feature special integrated electro-mechanical design that greatly cut production costs and achieve better performance, as well meet all the key quality and safety standards in key export markets, including CE, GS, UL, CUL etc.
