FZTech Inc. was founded in August 2009 by a team of three world-class researchers and five factory owners. The firm's technological expertise lies in specialized thermal theory, skived fin, extrusion, metal parts and LED (light emitting diode) lighting technologies, mechanism design, test and verification environment build-up, as well as advanced conduct material development.

FZTech uses lighter materials to deliver superior cooling and metal solutions with the lowest noise. The company has been committed to using green materials to design products and adopting green processes to manufacture products.

The company currently offers both standard and customized cooling and chassis solutions. The standard cooling solutions deal with the CPU (central processing unit) coolers for desktop and server personal computer (PC) system, PC case fan, and other accessory cooling products. The customized cooling and chassis solutions are furnished with applications for specialized touch-PC system, notebooks, consumer products, server products and telecommunication products.

Recently the company introduced a new product line—the FZL-1200 LED bike torch, which is designed to replace bike lighting globe currently available in the worldwide market. Using lower wattage than the original products (1w), the lumen of the product is at 70 lm at a flux of 70 lm/w.

The product features no heat, no UV and IR light radiation, light life time of up to 35,000 hours, power consumption of up to 1w, lead-free and mercury-free, adjustment beam angle, high-quality aluminum alloy made with anodized finish, and long distance of illumination up to 50-100m. The product can be applied to indoor torch, bike torch, hiking torch and car torch.
