Shiniest Industries, Inc., a versatile and veteran supplier of aftermarket and performance parts and accessories, recently launched the eye-catching, innovative FANTASMA OWL -- Blazing Afterimage Effect.

This new product works on moving vehicles, featuring programmable LED lighting system attached to rolling wheels to create fantastic animated full-color lightshow of characters with "photogene effect,” as well as capable of showing eye-catching "Blazing Afterimage Effect" on rolling wheels. Users can design personalized images by using PCs with software customized for this product.
