3-die pipe type: Um-3DL, 3DX, & 3D
Special models: serration type (UM-35H), and set screw type
Kim Union's thread rolling dies are made of high quality special steel imported from Europe (1.2379) and Japan (SKD11), with the material heat treated by TECHNO vacuum furnace. Thread rolling dies and serration gear dies are ground by Swiss REISHAUER thread grinding machines and gear grinding machines. The high quality of thread rolling dies can be ensured.
