Tai Jinn Industry Corporation was founded in 1968 to produce a wide range of stainless hardware accessories and portable tool cases for exports to mainly the U.S. and European markets.

After years of efforts, the company can supply a variety of storage logistics equipment, ranging from basic heavy-duty racking to heavy-duty mobile racking, push-back racking, drive-in racking, light/medium duty racking, and mobile storage cabinets.

The push-back racking produced by Tai Jinn allows pallets of varying types and sizes to be stored together, two, three or even four deep, with quick and easy access. Pallets are loaded in sequence onto wheeled carriers or cradles of varying heights which are ‘pushedback' on inclined steel channels to utilize the full depth of the racking. All pallet loads on every level are readily available at the face of the rack. This type of racking is well suited to the task of bulk storage and bulk handling without first-in-first-out access.

Tai Jinn built the racking-base compact freezer, the first of its kind in Taiwan, in 2003. Its freezing warehouse project with racking is based on the push-back racking systems as the main construction of the freezer warehouse. A push-back racking system is quite popular for freezer application. This is a design of compact concept and offers more capacity than just standard pallet racking.

This characteristic is valuable and efficient for freezer case. In this case, the push-back racking is the structure of the warehouse, so the company can save the cost in the material of the building. Then, the company constructs the steel housing with PU layer. The advantages of such solution are cost saving, more storage volume, and shorter construction period. (BS)
