Since its establishment in 1972 in Taichung City, central Taiwan, Ta Chin Hardware Factory has been devoted to production of various door locks as one of the most veteran lock manufacturers in Taiwan.

Following decades of hard work in the field, the company has effectively integrated production in house to reinforce quality control, enhance efficiency and optimize administration. Also, the company, long sticking to tried-and-tested methods, has successfully possessed key technologies for handling special metals in production, in addition to those for stainless steel, zinc alloy, aluminum and brass.

The company's product lines cover deadbolt locks, mortise locks, aluminum door locks, keypad combination locks, square cylinder stems, square slant cylinder stems, electric locks, multi-section door locks, chain bolt locksets, brass padlock and related keys. The products can be delivered on an OEM basis or sold under own brand “Silver Bird,” which has earned recognition from customers in Japan, the U.S. and Southeast Asia. (SC)
