Brake pad production lines, turn-key projects

Founded in 1978, Chemex Industrial Co., Ltd. has been dedicated to helping customers all over the world set up modern and integrated production lines for brake pads since 2000. The firm has sold its turn-key projects to many big customers in mainland China, India, Algeria, Azerbaijan etc.

The company itself and its quality products/equipment have been certified by different international standards such as ISO 9001: 2008, FDA Registration, AMECA, SAE, SGS etc., implying its strong strength in the field.

Chemex claims that all its brake pad-making and peripheral machinery can be customized according to customers' various requirements. The brake pads made by Chemex's production lines are claimed to be: consistent performance for comfort and confident control; best control of noise, vibration and harshness (NVH); significant reduction in dust for cleaner wheels; increased pad and rotor; and many other advantages. Materials for making these brake pads include non-asbestos, semi-metallic, and ceramic etc.

The minimum monthly capacity of brake-pad production lines supplied by Chemex is about 60,000 units. The company aims to provide superb customer service and exceptional quality products for customers worldwide. (QL)
