Chen Fwa Industrial Co., Ltd. is a leading manufacturer of high-precision automatic drilling and tapping machinery and multiple-spindle heads. The company was established in 1964 and takes pride in its research and development capability and reputation as an innovative developer.

In addition to a strong R&D team loaded with experience, Chen Fwa has close cooperative ties with Taiwan's prestigious MIRL (Mechanical Industry Research Laboratories) under the government-backed Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI), jointly developing sophisticated new machine products.

Thanks to technology transfer from the MIRL, Chen Fwa is able to handle drilling and tapping machine models on both mass-production and small-batch, large-variety basis.

In addition, the company enjoys international renown as a developer of special-purpose machines that meet the wide-ranging production and processing needs of customers from around the world.

At present, most of Chen Fwa's high-quality machines are sold to domestic processors and Taiwan-based companies in mainland China. The company also exports some equipment to different nations in Southeast Asia such as Malaysia and Thailand.

One of the company's most welcomed products is the CNT-8 and CNT-8B series NC high-speed automatic precision tapping machine which is developed under its legendary reliable product of numerical control high-speed auto tapping machine. The machine expands the reliability from its predecessor with advanced technologies.

With the machine, the operator can easily enter pre-select times or choose one of three modes (inching, single cycle, repeat cycle), through its dual language text display in Chinese or English. In addition to its user-friendly interface, the minimum range of adjustable spindle is set at 0.2mm for the precision and conveniences of blind hole tapping and tapping depth adjustment. (BS)
