Nieh Chuang Ind. Co., Ltd., founded in 1975, is one of Taiwan's leading manufacturers of multi-functional hand tools. The export-oriented company globally markets its high-quality products under its “Sea Gull Tools” own brand.

The company has maintained a strong R&D team to satisfy various special requirements of customers. Currently, they have approximately 50 patents worldwide.

Nieh Chuang develops and manufactures a wide range of products, including paint roller covers, putty knives, scrapers, joint knives, paint mixers, multirasps, various painting and wall paper tools.
