Chen Fwa Industrial Co., Ltd., founded in 1964, has successfully developed a variety of high-precision automatic drilling machines, tapping machines and drill bits, which have been marketed in China, Southeast Asia, North America, Latin America, East Europe and Western Asia.

Wang Wu-hsiung, the president, says the company has a design team to help develop optimal solutions. Based on ample experience, the company is fully capable of designing high-precision, special-purpose machines for various processing.

Since 1999 Chen Fwa has invested in advanced electronics to upgrade the precision of automatic tapping machines, which helped to successfully develop the CNT-8 numerical control high-speed automatic tapping machine with user-friendly control interface to ensure high-speed, high-volume capacity.

The CNT-8 allows easy programming via the user-friendly LCD (liquid crystal display) interface on the control panel.

Equipped with precision gear, the machine allows even novice operators to process precision threads, with the precision gear enabling accurate operation to also save operators extra cost of jig procurement. In addition, the specially designed, high-efficiency, 2,000RPM motor enables 60 tapping processes per minute.

Chen Fwa also helps customers source optimal solutions to make drilled, tapped parts for 3C products, cellphones, notebook computers, information-technology products, sanitary equipment, automobiles and motorcycles, etc. (BS)
