The company's JD-RH260T rubber injection molding machine is ideal for the production of natural and synthetic rubber, oil and heat-resistant rubber, and reclaimed rubber. The machine features high bed structure and optional micro-computer controller.

Its JD-HV150 single station vacuum type oil hydraulic molding machine is ideal for the production of packing O-rings, keyboards, rubber medical products, and so on. The vacuum suction hood provides highly efficient vacuum suction effect for the entire mold inside the working platen, with a suction speed of 700HG/2sec. The unit offers simplified construction and is easy to operate and maintain, with fast mold change. Integrated hydraulic circuit provides various pipe functions on the circuit boards, reducing piping to a minimum.

The oil cooler installed in the machine ensures long service life of the circuit valve. The motion time, traverse and number of motions can be conveniently set on the control panel to meet product variations, ensuring production quality. The machine combines two molding units in one set, which can be operated separately. While in vulcanization molding operations, the hydraulic pump motor can be set for running, or stopped for power saving. The electric system is controlled by the programmable logic controller (PLC), allowing for easy operations and accurate adjustment. (BS)
