Jiuh-Shin Machinery Co., Ltd. is one of Taiwan's premier manufacturers of EPE/EPP/EPS whole-plant equipment. The company boasts it is one of the world's top manufacturers of EPS machines.

Its main series include the JSM-AB series of automatic block vacuum forming machines (vertical type), the JSM-HVA series of automatic EPS/EPE vacuum molding machines, the Carrier 20 series of automatic EPP/EPE/EPO/EPS vacuum molding machines, the JSM-AB series of automatic block vacuum forming machines (horizontal type), and the JSM-OE series of quantitative pre-expanders (batch type).

Since its inception in 1980, Jiuh-Shin has been dedicated to creating self-developed technologies. The company currently has two strongholds in Taoyuan County, northern Taiwan.

One is for manufacturing machinery, and the other for packing research and development, which engages in testing and producing EPS, EPE and EPP products. Jiuh-Shin says it is Taiwan's exclusive firm focusing on EPS shape molding and machinery production.

The combination of manufacturing machines and producing end-products give Jiuh-Shin a leading position in Asia, especially in machinery quality.

Steven Hung, president of the company, says the packing research and development center has developed mature skills in making EPP machinery. “Our competitive advantage is based on the fact that our self-developed technologies are quite stable and mature,” he asserts. The packing R&D center and production facility are spread across some 54,000 square feet.

Thanks to its expertise in this filed, the company has secured high market shares in the Middle East and Southeast Asia. The company has built good reputation among customers who demand high-quality machinery and quick after-sale services.

At present, the company's annual production capacity amounts to 200 units of machines. Approximately 90% of its total output is exported all over the world. (BS)
