Lih Chang Machinery Co., Ltd., founded in 1984, is one of Taiwan's specialist manufacturers of CNC high-speed machining centers. The company recruits many seasoned R&D personnel to upgrade manufacturing technologies, making it able to extend product mix to include conventional bed type milling machine, CNC bed type milling machine, CNC vertical machining center and a series of CNC tapping centers (vertical and horizontal types).

In 1989, the company began employing the “ARGO” brand. Since that time, many advanced ARGO-branded machines have been sold to the international markets, mainly Asia, Europe, America and Africa.

The company's major product lines include knee type turret milling machine, CNC tapping and drilling machine, CNC high-speed machining center, and CNC vertical machining center.
