P-One Machinery Co., Ltd., founded in 1992, is a professional manufacturer of innovative machine tools in Taiwan. The company uses specially designed linear guideways and moving-column mechanism on its vertical machining centers to replace the comparatively expensive double-column machining centers.

At present, the company's major product lines are vertical machining centers (box guideway), vertical machining centers (linear guideway), horizontal machining centers, and double-column machining centers.

Recently the company introduced a new product line—the 6000H vertical machining center equipped with linear guideways and moving-column mechanism. With X-axis travel reaching 6000mm, the machine is suitable for light machining on strip-shaped workpieces. The machine is especially designed to meet the needs of construction and extruded aluminum industries suitable for aluminum machining, milling and drilling.

The machine can replace the comparatively expensive double-column machining center, especially in machining strip-shaped aluminum, iron, casting and steel workpieces, as it is equipped with moving-column mechanism to ensure space saving. (BS)
