Zona, Using R&D to upgrade cabinets, shelves, carts, and trolleys

Established in 1986, the Zona Development Co. is a furniture manufacturer with a wide variety of products including cabinets, shelves, storage carts, bathroom trolleys, racks, TV stands, hall trees, desks, umbrella holders, furniture for babies and children, and public furniture, as well as furniture parts and accessories.

Unlike many other Taiwanese manufacturers in the furniture industry, Zona has kept all of its production lines in a central-Taiwan plant with a workforce of about 30 persons. The company relies heavily on automated production with a range of modern machinery that includes molding, bending, sawing, press, welding, drilling,

and plastic injection machines.

In line with ever-changing market trends, Zona places a strong emphasis on R&D to enhance the quality and functionality of its products, continuously developing and introducing new and innovative items.

Moreover, the company has worked hard to upgrade its operational efficiency and management. As a result, it has won ISO 9001 certification and earned 20 patents for the structure of its products.
