Self-drilling screws, bi-metal screws

Homn Reen Enterprise Co., Ltd., founded in 1985, is one of Taiwan's most professional manufacturers of screws. With a well-established research and development department, the company is capable of developing and turning out a variety of specialty and standard screws in large volumes.

Recently, Homn Reen has won the certification of ISO/TS 16949, a strict standard initiated by the International Automotive Task Force. With the certification, the company has entered the automobile OEM (original equipment manufacturer) supply chain.

With a work force of 190, Homn Reen mainly exports products to international markets, with a small quantity sold domestically. Major export outlets include the U.S., Latin America, and European Union nations. The company's plant in Taiwan currently is capable of churning out 1,500 tons of screws per month.

At present, the company's major product lines are self-drilling screws, tapping screws, chipboard screws, drywall screws, roofing screws, composite screws, concrete screws, machine screws, thread cutting screws, thread forming screws, wood screws, and collated screws, etc.

Through continuous investments, advanced manufacturing skill and close attention to customers' demand, the company has developed into a leading screw manufacturer in Taiwan. Many of its customers recognize Homn Reen's long-term dedication to producing specialized screws in line with strict international standards.

To meet customers' special requirements in saving customs duties, the company has set up a plant in Vietnam and began mass production in September 2010. It now keeps production of high-end products in Taiwan and switches production of low-tier products to Vietnam.

An integrated production line is expected to become operational in the firm's plant in Vietnam in 2012. In the initial stage of operations, the plant is capable of producing 400 up to 500 tons of screws per month and the capacity will increase to 1,000 up to 2,000 tons in the foreseeable future.
