Hain Yo Launches Cold (Hot) Only Cartridge

Taipei, Jan. 9, 2012 (CENS)--The Taiwan-based Hain-Yo Enterprise Co., Ltd., starting in 1990 as one of a few suppliers pioneering the development of pressure balance and precision ceramic valves on the island, has launched its newest Cold (Hot) Only Cartridge for the Induction.

The company indicated that the cartridge features smooth start-up torque, with operating torque less than 0.2 N/m at water pressure of 8 bars, and an improved flow channel inside that can help to reduce dysfunctions. Made of high quality materials, the cartridge has been tested for a longer lifespan of more than 200,000 repetitions than competing models.

Hain Yo's president Ted Chang stated that quality of his company's cartridges and valves is unquestionable, as the company has consistently studied frameworks of major quality standards required in the U.S. and Europe and upgraded testing instruments in its laboratory to carry out various tests, including air tests (complying with AS NZS 3718-2005), burst pressure tests (ASME A112.18.1-5.3.2), pressure and temperature variation tests (ASSE 1016 2005-3.5.2) and life tests (ASME A112.18.1-5.2).

Furthermore, the company has also carried out by-the-book quality measures and floor layouts at its factories, which have been certificated to ISO 9001 since 1999, with each worker fully educated to take part in quality assurance from incoming quality control and spot-check to pre-delivery inspections. Chang emphasized that most customers are satisfied with his company's manufacturing and management after auditing factories, for the company's efforts driven by a deep sense of commitment to TQM (total quality management) to positio Hain-Yo as a world-caliber maker of this kind have paid off.

The company now runs two factories in Taiwan and mainland China each, and turns out a variety of pressure balance and ceramic valves, with 30% sold at home, and the remainder exported to North and South American and Asian countries. Globally well-known faucet vendors, including Delta and Standard, have included the company in their supply chains.
