Founded in 1971, the ISO 9001:2000-, TS 16949-certified Giantlight Traffic Supplies Instrument Co., Ltd. has been designing and developing customized lighting systems for automotive and motorcycle applications. The company's products are certified to meet such international standards as SAE/DOT, ECE, CCC etc.

The firm has been developing newer and better lamps with its strong in-house R&D capability, and has won original equipment (OE) orders from different automakers in industrially advanced nations.

At this year's Taipei Int'l Auto Parts & Accessories Show (Taipei AMPA 2012) and Taipei International Automobile Electronics Show (AutoTronics Taipei 2012), held on April 17-20 in the capital of the island, the firm will showcase a wide range of quality products, including the latest 90mm LED lamp modules. Giantlight claims that these modules provide designers more choices in building new and original LED series lamps. All these modules are approved by SAE/DOT, ECE, CCC etc. standards.

Giantlight's 2012 new products feature many advantages:

1. Innovation--Using AEC-Q101 qualified LEDs for Automotive with specific optical designs to get excellent illumination and perfect lighting beam patterns.

2. Energy Efficiency--Lighting source: low beam with 2 LEDs, High beam/ fog lamp/ daytime running light (DRL) with 1 LED which leads to low power consumption, significantly reduce CO2 emissions, meaning they are very environment friendly.

3. Cooling system designed in printed circuit board (PCB) is connected with heat-sink fins to dissipate heat efficiently. That keeps LEDs' longer life to extend the LED lamps for 30,000 operating hours at least, no need to replace new bulbs and no extra maintain costs. And all help you saving much money.

4. Internal LED driver design, get more space for easier assembly.

5. Security--Wide beam patterns for better illumination alongside when the vehicle clines to left or right to secure people's safety. With E-mark, SAE FK10, EMC R10 certificates, and its International Protection (IP) level reaches IP69.

6. Marketability--These modules can directly replace traditional 90mm Halogen or Xenon counterparts. It can be used for all kinds of vehicles, mining truck in Europe, America and Asia, OEM/ ODM/ Retrofit programs.

7. Easy installation--Users can design their own mounting frames or just use existing preassembled frames or use our specific mounting bracket for the lamps.
