Chemex claims that the CHEMEX-NANHUA hydraulic machines are widely adopted by almost 90% of brake pad makers in Taiwan, and are also popular with major customers in China, Malaysia, India, Algeria, Azerbaijan, Iran, Canada etc.
All Chemex's brake pad-making and peripheral machinery can be customized according to customers' various requirements. The brake pads made by Chemex's production lines are claimed to be: consistent performance for comfort and confident control; best control of noise, vibration and harshness (NVH); significant reduction in dust for cleaner wheels; increased pad and rotor; and many other advantages. Materials for making these brake pads include non-asbestos, semi-metallic, and ceramic etc.
