Yow Chern Co., Ltd., founded in 1991 in Kaohsiung, southern Taiwan, is dedicated to production and development of fasteners, including screws, aster screws, composite deck screws, roofing screws, bi-metal screws, wedge anchors, screw anchors, window screws, auto parts, and special parts. The maker is proud of its Wedge Anchor and Anchor Screws that feature innovative designs for excellent functionality.

Besides filling OEM and ODM orders, the R&D-oriented company has developed the Anchor Screw, which has asymmetrical thread design and enlarged thread gaps to enable the bolt to achieve stronger tensile strength than competing bolts to avoid being loosened when pulled or vibrated. The product is patented in Taiwan, the U.S., Europe and China to be an ideal fastener for construction and related applications.

To ensure consistent product quality, the company employs composite cold-forging six-section screw-making machines to produce specific cold-forging screws. The company says it has adopted the EESY-2-FORM cold-forging software developed by a well-established German software firm to upgrade its manufacturing of high-end cold-forged products. Yow Chern has also set up a CNC lathe department to ensure strict control of auto parts manufacturing.
