The ISO 9001:2008 and TUV Factory-certified Kyo Wa Racing Co., Ltd. is a major aluminum wheel maker in Taiwan with strong design, development, manufacturing and processing capability, offering aluminum wheels 100% made-in-Taiwan and passing the most stringent testing and inspection standards, which are widely welcome by customers in 75 countries.

Max Chen, the SALES MANAGER, says that his company supplies 14-to-22 inch aluminum wheels, with hundreds of models available and an average of 20 to 30 new products added every year. According to Chen, Kyo Wa's core competitiveness lies not only in product quality and reliability, but also small-batch, large-variety production that meets global customers' various requirements.

With comprehensive product range, Kyo Wa supplies different market segments, including original equipment (OE, through Tier-1 suppliers), winter replacement, upgrading, and racing.

A forte at Kyo Wa is the adoption of three-dimension (3D) CNC machining, which is normally used on forged wheels, to process on cast wheels. Unlike 2D face-polishing or lip-polishing, Chen says, 3D can handle spoke edge, spoke face (lines or letters), and spoke side. Such technique takes wheel making to a higher level of artistry and precision, far exceeding typical wheels with painted centers to offer top-end appearance and value.

Kyo Wa launched its first pure-carbon wheels two years ago to be one of the only four globally producing such top-end products. The maker also debuted its own "Carbonessio" brand to market globally the high-end, premium-priced wheels. Kyo Wa decided to develop and produce pure-carbon wheels, emulating counterparts in Germany, Japan and the U.K.

Kyo Wa rolls out an average of 250,000 wheels yearly for global sales at its fully integrated factory in northern Taiwan, where some 120 workers conduct every production and processing step in-house to assure top quality, highest safety standard, and optimal cost efficiency.
