Opened in 1989 to design and build tooling, jigs, and clamps, Zhan Cheng Precision Industrial Co., Ltd. expanded in 2001 into a precision processing service provider using milling machines and abundant experience and know-how it had gleaned from the tooling industry.

In the company's two factories on 14,400 square feet in central Taiwan, workpieces are processed by advanced machine tools as CNC-type milling machines, automatic milling machines, and electrical discharging machines (EDMs), as well as inspected by 2D image gauges, 3D coordinate measurers, and digital projectors.

The company mainly processes metal parts of aluminum, ferrous, and magnesium alloys for use in cars, motorbikes, bicycles, ATVs, hand tools, machine tools, light weaponry, and hydraulic systems, backed by management, production, and quality-control divisions.
