Despite its tender age, the manufacturer is capable of applying lathing, milling, threading, and drilling in the production of metal parts with complicated specifications and high precision. This strong production capability has given the firm high recognition among customers from different sectors
Understanding that "sharp tools" are key to the high precision and productivity needed to meet customers' needs and beat the competition, the company uses a full line of CNC turning machines and machining centers in its modern factory.
Among Yu Ting's state-of-the-art production facilities, its CNC lathes adopt structurally improved spindles to provide high stability and torque even if they rotate at low speed, making the lathes ideal for the heavy-duty, precise cutting of parts from 5mm to 42mm in outer diameter. Also among the firm's production equipment are CNC turning and milling machines which use twin spindles and twin powered turrets coupled with the Y axes to allow the machining of irregularly shaped parts without secondary processing, hence boosting efficiency and productivity.
Furthermore, the company employs advanced quality inspection instruments, including 2.5D projectors, digital calipers, micrometers, thread plug gages, height gages, and many others, to ensure reliable quality.
