Set up in 1987 in New Taipei City, northern Taiwan, Mai Ding Enterprise Co., Ltd. specializes in manufacture and export of parts for engine management and other automotive systems.

The company began by making engine management system parts as spark plugs, distributor assemblies (including distributor caps, ignition rotors, contact points and condensers), spark plug wires, ignition coils and so forth.

In order to pull ahead emerging rivals, the technology-driven maker later spent over five years developing a slate of components, including air flow sensors, EGR (exhaust gas recirculation) valve sensors and oxygen sensors, to further expand product mix, all of which are exported to have built solid reputation for high quality and performance among customers in North America, West Europe, Australia and New Zealand, including ones tapping carmakers' supply chains as Tier 2 and Tier 3 suppliers.

The versatile company also supplies motorcycle parts, pigtail sockets, harnesses, automotive accessories and repair tools to satisfy customers with efficient one-stop purchasing services.
