Chang Loon Industrial Co., Ltd. is a leading Taiwanese developer and maker of ratchet wrenches, patented wrenches, bolt cutters, and patented clamps. Since 2004, Chang Loon has used an innovative, distinctive production and assembly method to embed colored-rings in specific locations on the box-end of a ratchet wrench, the patented "ColorRing® Ratchet Wrench," allowing the firm to stand out among competitors with its unique design. The unique identification design was the first of its kind in the industry and cemented its brand recognition, making it highly popular among international buyers since its launch. Regardless of the color of the ratchet wrenches come in, be it red, blue, yellow, or orange, the brand recognition is so significant that buyers making orders and seeing the color association on the ratchet wrenches can say the products came from Taiwan's Chang Loon.

Chang Loon's colored ratchet wrenches' quality and sales are examples of its expertise in designing and manufacturing wrenches. With so many global buyers recognizing and favoring the iconic colored ratchet wrenches, it shows how Chang Loon's innovative, distinctive design has proved to be a great success. It also allows users to identify which measurement unit (metric or imperial) of a wrench's size is in with incredible ease and efficiency.

To allow users to operate smoothly in a narrow space, Chang Loon developed a 100-tooth ratchet wrench with 3.6 degrees at each turn to attain effortless operation and torque accuracy, which is a production technological breakthrough on a global scale. The flexible use with limited backlash has considerable advantages in the car repair industry or other industrial repairs.

In response to the rising trends in product material usage, Chang Loon adopted innovative raw material applications, improving and updating production equipment, reducing production costs, and paying special attention to product quality during the production process. The firm developed a series of "new ultra-thin head ratchet wrenches" and could produce multi-functional ratchet wrenches boasting higher-rated torque and a more robust structure. Such products have found a large user base in the professional car repair field.

Chang Loon uses advanced testing instruments, including precision projection instruments and tension testers, to ensure that quality control standards are met, and production also meets international standards, such as ANSI and DIN. In order to enhance the overall added value and meet the needs of retailers, Chang Loon even shipped related series of products and provided complete packaging, allowing the goods to be exported directly to foreign countries for sale, saving product shelf display costs, saving time and effort, and registering patent trademarks ProRatchet®'s own brand.
