Zhe Thai Machinery Co., Ltd., founded in April 2005, is one of Taiwan's most professional manufacturers for a variety of valves and related accessories. The company uses certified materials to turn out high-caliber valves.
The company's headquarters had been relocated to Wufeng, central Taiwan, where they established an R&D department to design and develop innovative products to meet foreign customers' special requirements. The company is certified to meet ISO9001:2015 and CE Mark standards.
At present, the company's major product lines are check valves, flange ball valves, needle valves, ball valves, and such valve accessories as machine parts, balls, nuts and stems. The valves feature an end connection threaded design.
The company's ball valves feature 2” to 12” centrifugal ball and 1/4” up to 1 1/2” casting ball. The company uses ASTM351 GR.CF8, CF8M, CF3M as the primary materials, certified under DIN 50049/ EN10204 3.1B standards to roll out the key components for the ball valves.
The company currently is capable of churning out 60,000 valves per month. All the products are exported, mainly to the U.S. and Canada. Zhe Thai welcomes orders on the ODM (original design manufacturer) basis.
